Orion 4AG3-HL

The 4AG3-HL 4 foot 3 bulb fixture is the perfect light for stall areas with higher ceilings, as they may be mounted 12 to 24 feet high. The 4AG3-HL is the highest lumen output 4 foot, 3 bulb, enclosed fixture available!! Producing 800 watts of light and only consuming 84 watts of energy, the 4AG3-HL operates at a fraction of the cost of standard incandescent bulbs. High performance, T8 lamps, lasting 30,000 hours (40 times longer than incandescent lights) provide full spectrum lighting with daylight quality light without glare or shadows. This is sufficient lighting to prevent hair coating and to help bring mares into heat cycles.

The commercial grade, cold-start, electronic multi-tap ballast is self adjusting for 120 to 277 volts and is instant on at 0 degrees! For added fire protection, the ballast is enclosed in an inner steel case. The fiberglass housing with high impact acrylic lens, is designed for “wet” locations and is fully gasketed, sealing out dust and bugs. As there are no rusting parts, the 4AG3-HL is also an excellent choice of lighting for wash stall areas.

Orion EN Series

Orion’s EN series fixtures are an excellent light choice where maximum lighting is needed for barns, indoor arenas and dairy farms. Orion’s high output, full spectrum, cold temperature start fluorescents offer several advantages over metal halide lights. Orion’s EN series lights produce 30% more light without glare or shadows and use 50% less energy. Orion lights are instant on, no delay, at 0 degree temperatures. Orion’s lamps last 50% longer and produce daylight quality light for better and more even light distribution. The EN’s unique gable shaped housing discourages and minimizes “bird perching” and helps repel moisture runoff created by “coverall” tops.

EN series lights are available in 4, 6 or 8 lamp models with a choice of a low-bay version for mounting heights of 14 to 16 feet, and a high-bay version for mounting heights of 18 to 24 feet.

Other options include a fully gasketed, sealed fixture; choice of modular or hardwire connection; and a wire guard for lamp protection.
